This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom east corner unit at Aqua Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida can't be beaten! The views and floorplan from this 20th floor (#2001) corner condo near Pier Park are amazing! The spacious layout allows for balconies off of each bedroom and plenty of room for the entire family. Furniture and bedding have been updated June 2019.

Aqua is one of the premier beach resorts in the area with a close walking proximity to all of the activities at Pier Park!!

Condo Features:
*Top of the line appliances and granite counter tops in kitchen

* Dining Room table seats 6 and additional seating for 4 at kitchen bar

* Front loading washer and dryer in laundry closet

* TV's in all bedrooms and living room (All have cable)

*Gulf-Front pool and common areas feature water gardens, tropical landscape, a snack bar, 2 pools, including an indoor/outdoor (heated indoor pool with swim under access), hot tub, lounge chairs in sun and shade.

*WiFi access throughout the resort.

*Large theater/media room

*Indoor exercise facility with updated equipment makes it easy to work out with the beautiful view of the ocean from all equipment. This exercise facility also includes aromatherapy steam room

*Secure parking garage (2 cars maximum per unit). High Tide Florida Vacation Rentals cannot authorize or provide additional parking passes.*

Aqua Resort will begin to charge $35 per vehicle for parking. You will register online and print your parking pass prior to your arrival. Check in and vehicle registration information for parking will be sent a week prior to your arrival date.

*Keyless entry into your unit and into all resort common areas.

Great trip and condo was awesome!

My family and I stayed here for our first time in PCB. We all loved the condo, it was so roomy and open, amazing views and three balconies…we were wowed by it! The building had some construction going on, which was noted before I booked, but we didn’t stay at the condo much anyway, so it didn’t bother us. The beach was amazing and we were walking distance to many restaurants and activities, which was great because there was a lot of traffic during spring break. Overall loved the condo and would stay here again!

Outstanding get-away

We loved the property; it had a great layout and was super spacious for the 5 of us. This is our second time at the Aqua and we’ll absolutely stay in 2001 again.
