Dirty Washer, Ants and Torn Clothes..

First day we wanted to run a wash, it wasn't possible because the washing machine was so dirty inside and around the rim, and also had a horrible smell, the clothes would’ve probably come about even dirtier. We informed the PM after I tried my best to run it empty with baking soda and white vinegar, but even that didn’t help. After many texts back and forth we were informed that the repair couldn’t take place before another 10 days(!!) We were asked to bring our laundry to a cleaning service, the costs were refunded. After the washer got fixed we finally ran our first laundry and then used the dryer. Three pieces of clothes came out with big holes caused by something sharp clues into the dryer (?!) No refund for damages were offered. Bed sheets had stains, ants everywhere in kitchen, two out of three bedrooms had no TV, old food was left in fridge. We did everything possible on our end, the PM was responsive but didn’t seem to care too much, at the end a very disappointing stay and wouldn’t recommend.

AMAZING

We stayed here for the month of March. It was everything we hoped for and more! Beautifully decorated and well stocked. Paseo has wonderful amenities, especially the pool!! We were close to everything...shopping, grocery, drug store, and airport. Mr. Wilkins was quick to answer any questions we had and was a pleasure to work with! You won't be disappointed!

I grew up in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. My family has been going to Florida for years. My wife and our two beautiful children enjoy our times at Paseo as well as the surrounding beaches. The entire area is very family oriented which we love. Our family also loves to golf and there is no shortage of courses surrounding us.

Why they chose this property

The award winning amenities are second to none and everybody we met were very inviting and friendly. Our children love taking golf cart rides and fishing off the pier, as well as swimming in the amazing Lagun pool. The subdivision offers something for everyone whether it’s swimming in the Olympic lap pool, fishing, pickleball, tennis, basketball, or simply relaxing by the lagun pool.

We’ve put a lot of love and care into making our guests feel at home. We decorated our home as if we were living there full-time and go above and beyond to ensure our guests have a memorable experience.
