It has its own mosaic tiled swimming pool, 9m by 4.5m with roman steps and poolside shower. The spacious patio with sea views is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.
The villa has three bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin. Two modern bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a utility room and a large dining/sitting room opening out onto the patio. All bedrooms open on to a terrace or patio. There is Air Conditioning in the living area and bedrooms. The sitting room has a wood-burning stove, WIFI and cable TV. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons including coffee machine, juicer and sandwich toaster.
This spacious villa is on two levels with a marble staircase leading to the upper floor. There is a child-proof gate at the top of the stairs.
