ID 172380 Beautiful and cozy beach house with big pivate backyard that ends directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Luquillo Beach!
Community oriented neighborhood, nice setting for long beach walks, rainforest adventures, surfing, island hoping, snorkeling, bioluminescent bay, kayaking, paddle boarding and many more activities to enjoy, a real beach vacation within the privacy of this beautiful property. The house has four bedrooms. The main room has a queen size bed with ocean view. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a full size futon.
The second floor sleeps up to 5 people, with two bedrooms full size bed each, a day bed in the common living area, 1 bathroom and a balcony.

Terrific for two familes

This little piece of paradise was ideal for our 2 family vacation (5 adults, a 4 yr old, a 3 yr old and a 10 month almost toddler). As it can function as two apartments. The communal dining gazebo was perfect for family style dining and the setting can't be beat. The yard is generous and fun for the kids. The location is very convenient. There are fabulous beaches a short walk away as are the kioskos. El Yunque is a 20 minute drive and unforgettable as well. The kitchen worked will for all of use and Bertha was quite attentive, especially when it cam to explaining which shower had hot water. Lots of towels and everything we needed in the kitchen. Can't wait to return.

Great Place, great location!!

What more could you want? Sun, surf and a great place to stay! Bertha, was FANTASTIC! So helpful and attentive! Gave us some great places to visit and where to eat! We were so sad to leave, but we will be back!! Thanks Bertha!!

beautiful home, great location, so fun!

12 of us had a very nice vacation at the property! It was very well appointed and had extras we were not expecting like beach towels, sunscreen and shampoo. Bertha even brought us a brand new speaker when the supplied one was not functioning and we had so much fun with karaoke. The only issue we had was when one person accidentally took a beach towel home at the end of our trip and Bertha was very upset with us. We offered to mail it back by the end of the week but Bertha went on and on about how hard it was to get new towels to the island and refused to let us return the towel to her to save her the trouble. I imagine if you rent your home to people, things like this happen occasionally and you should have a plan to deal with it instead of getting upset with the person who made the mistake and not letting them make it right. Would love to stay there again, but not after the towel saga.

While living in Shanghai, we had the opportunity to travel to many Asian destinations and run many of the most rugged trails in the Himalayas. Our life experiences allow us to be better hosts for our guests.

Our home is the perfect place to get inspiration, relaxation, if you feel like having a true local adventure.
Our home is also the perfect place for athletes in training and wish to be in a low key private environment.
While we are one of the very few private beachfront with private beach access properties in Puerto Rico, we are also at walking distance from excellent restaurants and have all services such as super market, hospital, restaurants and shops within a 2 mile ratio. You can walk on the beach to the well known Kioskos de Luquillo, a strip of delicious restaurants and shops. Downtown Luquillo is only 3 miles away and you can walk on the beach from the house to the main plaza.
