Studio sleeps 2. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower over bath & WC. Linens and bathroom and kitchen towels provided. TV with English Channels, DVD player. WiFi available to Complex, free use of built in safe. Balcony table, chairs & recliners. Sunny balcony overlooking the pool (see photograph). Sleeps 2 only. NO sofa bed available. There is a supermarket, beauty salon, car & cycle hire to the ground floor area. Taxi rank, money exchange and shops close by. There is a pool side restaurant/bar area.

Nice studio great view

Nice studio great view over pool and complex and sea beyond. Studio well presented and comfortable lovely afternoon and evening sun on balcony. Kitchen well equipped for all your needs . Santiago 1 complex is spotlessly clean well managed and cared for by all staff and residents making it a lovely place to stay .

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est très bien situé pour profiter des alentours. La résidence est assez calme. La communication avec la propriétaire est facile par mail. Mon mari et moi recommandons cette location.

Très très chaud !

Vacances de 15jours au Parque Santiago 1 .Emplacement sympathqique et proche de la mer . Les points négatifs : pas de climatisation, l'achat d'un ventilateur a êté necessaire A la psicine les transats- matelas et parasols payants dans la résidence, soit 8 euros /j pour 2 personnes qui n'est.pas en soi ,tres excessif . Mais non précisé dans l'annonce Abritel .
