This beautiful new villa is in a superb position just 15 minutes walking distance from Kalkan town centre and its many restaurants. The Kalube beach club and beach are just a five minute walk away. English owners Paul and Susie have appropriately named this elegant villa, Cesme (Fountain) because of the beautiful lit fountain on the spacious pool terrace. It has its own private pool, with views over Kalamar Bay and a shallow end safe for children.
The villa has two large living rooms, so it is ideal for two families or larger groups so they can have their own space. The main living room has a water cooler, providing cold water throughout the day.
The large pool terrace is very private with eight sunbeds and two umbrellas. It also has several olive trees providing welcome shade in summer. On this level there is also a very high quality gas BBQ.

Overall we had a lovely stay at villa Cesme. Both Paul and Susie were really helpful and on hand to answer any queries re our stay. The villa is in a lovely position with glorious views. All bedrooms are ensuite, which is great, as everyone had their own personal space. The pool is kept spotlessly clean which is really important, no nasty ear infections. Brilliant holiday enjoyed by everyone.

Fabulous Holiday

Had a fabulous 2 weeks at Villa Cesme & enjoyed every minute. The pictures don't really do it justice. The property is very roomy with a veranda on each floor & great roof terrace for watching the sun go down with a beer. Loved the location close to supermarkets & a 20 mins walk into the centre.

Turkish Delight

There were eight of us ranging from 3yrs to 48yrs old and we all had the most amazing holiday. The villa was fantastic with the most amazing views. Great location. We all fell in love with Kalkan and will definitely be returning. Everything was so easy and everyone so very helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Cesme, we loved it! X

Lovely break

We had a lovely stay at Villa Cesme for 2 weeks. The villa is located a two minute walk from a carrefour supermarket and five minutes to some reasonably priced restaurants such as Cafe Vita and Aqua. £3 taxi into kalkan. The villas pool was great and there was always sunlight and shady areas for us all. The maintenance team were easy to contact as was the villa owner. The shrubs had grown blocking the stunning view and after mentioning this, they were cut back within days. The views were fantastic and you were not overlooked in the pool. All the equipment you need, we only discovered the downstairs fridge on the second week as it was in a cupboard but that was really useful. Enough sun beds to go round. Oven and washing machine easy to use with English instructions. Very lovely holiday all round.

Beautiful villa and amazing stay in Kalkan

The villa is really beautiful. Actually I would say that the photos don't really show how great it is ;) Amazing views from 3 floors, hidden from noise. You could easily have 2 families stay there. Very clean, has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommended.

Our names are Paul and Susie. We first visited Kalkan in June 2009, fell in love with the place and the people and casually thought about purchasing a villa. The casual thought became reality when we returned in October and chose a villa, which we finally purchased in March 2010; something that had been a pipe dream for years.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property for all the reasons our guests love it. Its location is perfect - it is very secluded and private, with stunning sea views and yet it is an easy stroll into Kalkan village along a relatively flat road. For guests looking for an even easier life there are many bars and restaurants within just a five minute walk.
