About this property

Casa Elisabeth is a very well kept villa with a lot of comfort. It's located in the middle of the island Ibiza and has a stunning view to Ibiza city and in the distance the sea and Formentera. The house is close by Santa Gertrudis, a lovely village with restaurants, a nice town square and playing ground. The location on the island is perfect to reach all areas of Ibiza in no time. A biological shop and bakery are just 2km drive form the house. Ibiza city only 10km and the airport 16km.

The house can be easily reached by a flat sand road. The house has an electrical gate and there is place for 3 cars. To whole plot is fenced. It has a nice pool, (7x5 meters, salt water) which can be heated on request, (€350 per week) and a beautiful garden, with an orchard where you can pick your own oranges, lemons and avocados.

You enter the house via a modern and fully equipped kitchen and which is connected to a dining room for 10 people. Next to the dining room you find a living room with a fireplace. On the other side you find 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed ( 180x200cm) and the other with a single bed (140x200cm) share a bathroom with shower. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed (180x210cm) and has his own en-suite bathroom with bad and douche. This room can be reached via the second bedroom or via the terrace.

On the other side of the house you find a 4th bedroom with a double bed, (180x210cm), a sofa bed ( 80x200) and a bathroom en-suite with shower. There is also an extra bathroom with shower and toilet next to the pool area. On the first floor there is a big studio form 85 square meters, with double bed (180x210) a simple kitchen, a sitting area, a bathroom with shower and a huge terrace.

The house is also equipped with an outside kitchen with stove, separate grill, oven, extra dishwasher and fire place. The house is of course fully airconditioned, but also very comfortable during the winter month due to central heating and heated floors in kitchen and living room. To make it even more complete, it has also a sauna. For the children there is a Ping Pong table in the garden.

We love to come there with our children, it’s a perfect family house and we want to share that with people who like quality, beautiful green surroundings, a marvellous view and people who take care of the house.

Best stay in Ibiza ever!

This was our fourth stay in Ibiza and this was easily the most beautiful and well equiped villa we av ever stayed at. It was very luxurious, beds were extremely comfortable, and house and living areas were much more spacious than the pictures showed. Excellent value for money and 15 mins drive from most major beaches/ Ibiza town. Edzard and his housekeeper Nieves were wonderful to deal with. We intended to use the hosue as a base and be out most days but we enjoyed the villa so much we spent most days at home. We would absolutely stay here again :)

Greatest accomodation! Best family vacation with our three kids

We had a perfect stay in this beatiful home. Indoor very beautiful decorated and enough space for all our kids. Outdoor: Great pool area, huge garden and the perfect spot to have breakfast etc outside. I highly recommend this house!

An absolutely stunning property, the images do not do it justice. I would highly recommend.

From initial enquiry to check out, the whole experience was faultless. The Villa is beautiful, furnished to a high standard and extremely well equipped. Chic Holiday Villa

This villa surpassed our expectations! Beautifully decorated and spacious throughout, we had a wonderful family vacation at Casa Elisabeth. After travelling for a month, it was a welcomed surprise to find the villa so well equipped and luxurious. We loved the pool, gardens and views through to the old town. I highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to relax by the pool whilst enjoying the activities Ibiza has to offer.

We are living in Amsterdam and enjoying Ibiza for many years now. We spend as much time as possible in our house on Ibiza. we love the garden and the magnificent views to the old town of Ibiza, the children like to be in the poll all day, even in winter when we heat it. Ibiza has so many nice beaches and cool restaurants, you never get bored!

The house is located in the middle of the island, so you don't have to drive long distances. It's close to Ibiza town, but still in a very nice rural area. the lovely village of st Gertrudis nearby. We fell in love when we saw the magnificent views to the old town of Ibiza and even to Formentera. And also the garden, which is really beautiful and where you can pick your own oranges and lemons
