The common areas are connected to a covered terrace, a refreshing swimming pool with a decked area, a modern Jacuzzi and manicured gardens where guests can enjoy the sunny summer.



Every single detail of the house was designed with functionality in mind. The entire property has a centralised cooling and heating system that offers the perfect temperature all year. Free Wi-Fi, German satellite TV, BBQ and loungers are also provided.

Surroundings:


The Area

Capdepera is a mountainous village located in the oriental part of the island, next to Cala Ratjada. It’s the perfect place to enjoy long walks while immersing yourself in Mallorca’s traditions and history.

Entertainment





The area is well-known for being a popular settlement during the Bronze Age and many ancient traces still remain.

There are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants, including a Michelin star-awarded restaurant called “Bib Gourmand”.

If you are looking for a fun day at the beach, there is a small nearby beach called “Font de Sa Cala”.

Sports enthusiasts can also take advantage of the numerous tennis clubs, water sports and golf courses of Capdepera that can be found near the village.

Palma is just a 60-minute drive away.

Check-In amp; Check-out



Check-in takes place on the day of arrival from 3 pm and check-out takes place on the day of departure at 10 am. If you need to delay or advance your arrival/departure, please make your request at the time of booking. It might only sometimes be possible, but we will try our best to help you.



Please note that if you arrive at the property after 9 pm, a late check-in fee of €50 will be applied and can be paid in cash on arrival.

TOURIST TAX
