There is a King in the Master bedroom, a King in the Guest bedroom 1, a King in Guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy a private balcony that overlooks the beautiful white, sandy beachs and crystal blue waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast. This condo has wireless Internet and cable and has flat screen TV's in all of the bedrooms and also in the living room.

Perfect location

This is our 2nd time at Phoenix 10. The first time we stayed, we were on the first floor. We liked this condo even better. Perfect location to stairs, elevator, and parking garage.

Phoenix 10

Everything was great…the floors were a little dirty along the baseboards but it wasn’t too bad. The only real thing that bothered me was the fact that the directions told us what to bring, but when we got there most of the suggested items were already there. Also, the allotment of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels was a bit annoying. Otherwise we loved the location and the condo!
