Places of interest: Reina Sofía, Prado, Thyssen. You will love my space for the location, comfortable and quiet. My accommodation is good for couples. In the center, near the Plaza Mayor, Sol, Retiro, between Huertas and Lavapies, with plenty of leisure, catering, all services. Excellently communicated, with Atocha station to 5 min, all trains, connection to the airport, metro, bus. It has all you should need for your stay.

Good location , bad apartment

Good location very central walking distance to most places. The actual apartment had a few problems unfortunately. The shower head holder was broken. The soap holder in shower was broken as well. Making showering a difficult task. There’s nails popping out of floor by entrance. The AC has a hose to an empty plastic tank that fills up with water and since it was full had to turn off ac last night so to not spill over. The Place was dirty as well. OK listing but not recommended. Best part is the location. Not worth the asking price honestly.

Perfectly located and dilapidated

Location is perfect within walking distance to museums and central Madrid. Apartment is on the first floor with windows facing busy Atocha street. This requires sound-proofed windows, which is not the case. More noise is coming from stand-alone AC unit located on the floor of the living room. Plastic exhaust pipe goes through the window, so noise comes both from the AC and from the street because window cannot be properly closed. Why wall-mounted AC is not fixed is a mystery. Entry door and the bathroom door leave huge gaps when closed. Everything in the bathroom and in the kitchenette is on the verge of collapse. Evidently apartment requires a major renovation and sound-proof windows to be worth the price asked.

Short Madrid break

Airport express bus made it very quick and easy to get to apartment. Busy , vibrant area at all times of day. Comfortable and well appointed facilities.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, das Bett bequem und es gibt alles, was man so brauchen könnte, sogar einen Schreibtisch mit Drehstuhl, so dass man bequem arbeiten kann. Die Straße ist etwas laut aber die Wohneinheit ist ruhig. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
