This large stone house is located near the town of Llubí, not far from Inca. In Llubí you will find supermarkets and good restaurants. The nearest beach is 15 km away.

This typical Majorcan villa has 165 m² living space and is prepared for 6 people. It has a nice and large entrance area that leads to a cosy dining room.
Fully equipped kitchen. In total there are 3 bedrooms (2- 150x190 cm, 1- 135x190 cm) and 2 bathrooms (1 shower, 1 bath)

TV with satellite channels and WiFi are also available on your well-deserved holiday.

The wonderful holiday home attracts mainly through its fantastic panoramic view of the Tramuntana mountains and the very welcoming outdoor area.

At the swimming pool you can refresh yourself on hot summer days. There is also a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals with your family or friends.

Above the garage there is a terrace where you can contemplate the fantastic landscape.
