Very well situated townhouse with several terraces. Big furnished roof terrace partially covered with a built BBQ, small fridge and furniture.
Swimming pool normally at use all year round, unfortunately for new regulations in the costa area on water distribution, there may be restrictions on use of water, including use of swimming pool, apartment water distributions, restrictions on beach showers etc.
Walking distance to all amenities, beach, shops, restaurants etc.
Very centric yet quiet location.
Fully equipped, air conditioning in all rooms.
Kitchen fully equipped micro wave, oven, coffee and tea maker, dishwasher, fridge combo.
Easy access.
1 master bedroom, second bedroom with doublebed + 1 singlebed. Linens and towels available. Hairdryer, iron, vacuum etc
