Beau séjour et emplacement parfait

Merci pour ce beau séjour dans cette magnifique demeure avec jardin. Le logement est très bien pour 4 personnes. L'emplacement est parfait. Logement dans l'ancien et au rdv donc un peu de poussière et d'humidité mais rien de gênant.

Une petite location bien située, près de la plage et toutes commodités, mais très humide et froide. Une particularité désagréable et décevante au regard de l'annonce. Cependant nous avons expliqué le problème au propriétaire qui s'est montré tout à fait conciliant.

Charmant appartement

L'appartement est conforme à la description, un peu sombre car en rdc, sauf en fin de journée ensoleillée où la terrasse et le salon sont agreablement exposés. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec four et plaques à induction. La maison est une villa de famille typique d'Houlgate, beaucoup de charme avec un agréable jardin à disposition qui a fait le bonheur de nos enfants. Claude a été un hôte accueillant et très arrangeant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Au rez de chaussée d'une magnifique maison normande idéalement placée dans les hauteurs de Houlgate, un agréable appartement où nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

Très belle maison, appartement agréable, parfaitement situé

Merci à Claude pour son accueil dans sa magnifique demeure normande idéalement située à 5/10 minutes des commerces, de la gare et de la très belle plage d'Houlgate. L'appartement est bien équipé, la literie confortable (canapé-lit inclus). Nous étions avec notre fils de 3 ans qui a beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir jouer dans le jardin.

Agréable séjour

Agréable séjour, très bien emplacé, dans une des premières demeures d'houlgate qui a conservé le charme de l'ancien, extérieur agréable avec une belle vue qui bénéficie d'un beau soleil en soirée 😉. Il y a à présent la télévision. Petit bémol : oreillers un peu plats : nuques sensibles, en prévoir des plus fermes et certains petits équipements seraient à changer : séchoir à linge..

Appartement en rez de jardin dans une magnifique villa idéalement située à Houlgate

La situation est idéale à proximité du centre et de la plage. Tout se fait à pied. La location bénéficie d'un accès au superbe parc de la villa. L'appartement à été récemment rénové. Il se compose d'une cuisine indépendante bien équipée (plaque à induction top, lave vaisselle, machine nespresso...). Un micro-onde serait un plus. D'une chambre de petite taille avec un lit gigogne, d'une salle à manger avec un canapé convertible (matelas un peu dur), d'une salle de bains avec une grande douche et d'une toilette séparée. A noter pour les mordus du petit écran qu'il n'y a pas de télé. Hormis la pièce principale, l'appartement est un peu sombre (manque d'éclairage naturel compensé par des luminaires). Le propriétaire est sympathique et bien arrangeant (il nous a dépanné de draps et serviettes non compris dans la location et prêté un lit bébé). En résumé, je recommande cette location pour son bon rapport qualité prix pour houlgate et son emplacement exceptionnel.
