About this property

We rent an apartment (via Properzio 46 / a Igea Marina RN) 500 meters from the sea, accessible on the sidewalk in a few minutes walk, (Polo Est area, with free beach and equipped beach), located near the pedestrian island of Igea Marina (via Ovidio) and not far from that of Bellaria (Isola dei Platani).
Equipped with heating for the winter, it is only 10 minutes from the fair, 15 minutes from Rimini, 10 minutes from Santarcangelo and the wonderful Romagna hinterland.
The apartment is equipped with free wi-fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and parking space for exclusive use in the condominium courtyard.
Fresh and airy apartment, in a quiet area, with large balconies and the possibility of outdoor dining. Located in a small building on the second floor with elevator.

Also available in winter for rent to teachers, students, or for short or long stays. Possibility of sharing (and saving) having two separate bathrooms, adjacent to the two rooms.

schöne Ferienwohnung mit Nähe zum Strand und Ort

die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ebenfalls reichlich Handtücher und sogar Shampoo u. Duschlotion sowie ein Vorrat an Milchprodukten wie Butter, Joghurt etc. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert und wir haben von Emanuele umfangreiche Tipps zu Ausflügen, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. erhalten. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

soggiorno molto easy grazie ai proprietari

Abbiamo trascorso 2 giorni in completo relax, la casa è grande, molto pulita ed accogliente. I proprietary gentili, precisi e puntuali. In piccolo appunto si può muovere nel fatto che nei bagni non esiste una cabina doccia ma solo la tenda che però non evita il fatto che il bagno su bagni tutto e risulti non utilizzabile per una mezzora. La cabina chiusa renderebbe tutto più pratico. Nel complesso siamo stati benissimo.

Gut gelegene Wohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern

Die Wohnung ist sauber und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden, auch Fön, Bügeleisen etc. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Kaffemaschine, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Ausserdem gehört ein eingezäunter Parklplatz zur Wohnung. Die Lage ist ruhig. Strand, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants sind in einigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der sehr nette Vermieter. Er war immer für uns erreichbar und hat stets innert kurzer Zeit per E-Mail oder WhatsApp geantwortet. Wir haben viele gute Tipps zu Ausflügen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restarants bekommen. Als wir ankamen, standen frische Muffins für uns bereit und im Kühlschrank hatte es Milch, Joghurt etc. Eine solche Bewirtung haben wir noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung vorgefunden! Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Saubere Wohnung. Tolle Lage.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Als wir ankamen waren frische Muffins auf dem Tisch. Im Kühlschrank befand sich Wasser. Eine Stange Nespressokapseln lag neben der Kaffeemaschine zur unserer Verfügung. Wohnung war sehr sauber. Einzigster Minuspunkt es gab keine Handtücher. Wir hatten welche dabei. Die Lage war gut. Der Stand war zu Fuß in ca. 8 min. erreichbar. Zur Wohnung gibt es auch ein Parkplatz für das Auto.
