Our dream Trèvol I is a property 200 meters from the sea. This holiday accommodation consists of two apartments joined by a hall, on the top floor of the house, to be able to be in privacy between 2 families or the same family sharing the facilities. The apartments have 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms and 1 single). ALL the beds are single. There are 2 bathrooms, private pool and garden for exclusive use of the guests, in a quiet and luxurious area of ​​Bonaire, with sea views from many points of the house. The property sleeps 7 people.
In the first apartment we have 2 double rooms (all single beds), dining room/kitchen, bathroom and terrace, for 4 people and the second one, completely the same but with 2 bedrooms for 3 people, plus a cot and high chair for a baby.
The facilities have a terrace, with a swimming pool and a small garden with a table, chairs, sun loungers and a parasol to enjoy the tranquility of the place or the sun of the Mediterranean coast. The property is located about 300 meters from the sea, where we find a rocky beach with crystal clear water or if you prefer, the sandy beach of Sant Pere or Sant Joan beach is very close. In the area we find restaurants, (crocodile restaurant or chillout restaurant "5 Oceans"), the Cocodrilo Marina, and a supermarket about 300 meters away (only open in the summer months). Guests can enjoy a wide variety of water and mountain activities in or around the area: diving, sailing, swimming, fishing, mountaineering and much more. About 5 minutes by car from the accommodation we have the historic center of Alcúdia, to walk among the Roman walls, where we also find shopping centers of all kinds, historical Roman ruins to visit and at night enjoy its restaurants in the heart of the old town , in the open air and taste the exquisite Majorcan gastronomy. And if you like the coastal environment, about 10 minutes by car from the accommodation, we have the Port of Alcúdia; where you can enjoy long sandy beaches, a marina with its restaurants and shopping centers, a golf course in the Aucanada area and much more.

Extra expenses:

Electricity consumption is charged separately €25,00 per day that will be paid when making the reservation (depends on which portal you make the booking) or you can pay it when you arrive at the property.

*PAYMENT OF THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX "ECOTASA" (this Tax IS NOT INCLUDED in the rental price of the accommodation) We want to inform and remind guests who decide to rent tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands, that the tourist tax (Ecotasa) will be charged upon arrival. ) demanded by the Balearic Government, to all resident and foreign tourists who stay in tourist homes (in the same way as in hotels). Such collection is intended for the preservation and care of the islands and to improve everything related to tourism.

The fee for this tax in "high season" is €2.00 per night, per adult (Young people over 16 years of age are counted as adults, therefore they pay an ecotax.)
In case of stays longer than 8 nights, from that ninth night, a 50% discount will be applied on the following days of stay.
-High season (May 1-October 31) €2.00,
from the 9th night: €1.00 per adult per night.

In "low season" the ecotasa has a significant reduction: it is €0.50 per night per adult.
-Low season (November 1-April 30) €0.50, from the 9th night: €0.25 per adult per night.

The Ecotasa will be paid in CASH on arrival or by credit card payment one day before arrival at the destination.
