Value in Ketchum

We appreciated the friendly and timely communication and easy check-in. The manager was very prompt in responding to our needs. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen utensils were well worn. The complex is older and though you have two parking passes, there are no assigned parking spaces. The living and dining room windows look out on the parking lot. Town is a short walk away as is the local YMCA.

Cozy Confo

Perfectly located cozy condo in the heart of Ketchum. Comfortable beds-well appointed amenities as well. It’s a perfect size for a family of three. And I was able to bring my dog—and for a property that allows pets, it was clean and did not smell of previous pets either! I would stay here again.

Sun Valley Ski weekend

Condo is centrally located to the slopes and town. Very clean! Well stocked, updated and many extra amenities. We loved the extra attention to details that could have easily been skipped by the owner. Thanks for the great stay in your cute condo.

Nice Getaway to Ketchum

Our general impression is that this condo complex needs a refresh. The accommodation was not lux but was clean, comfortable, and functional. This unit was the perfect size and location for our needs, next to Atkinson Park and close to the Wood River trail. The key code for entry did not work when we arrived but the issue was quickly resolved with a call to the property manager. Would rent again.

Cozy and Clean Condo

We love the Pinewood Condos because of their proximity to the bus stop and town. It really is a great location to do minimal driving. Leave the car parked, walk to the bus stop to ski, walk on the nice trail into town. These condos are older, but this particular unit has been updated nicely. Check-in was not the smoothest, but it was taken care of promptly by the property manager, which was appreciated. As others have stated, there is a mold smell in the downstairs bedroom/bath, but it didn't matter to us much since we only used the upstairs bedroom. Loved the gas fireplace, new appliances, and ample closet room! The neighbors are also super friendly, I fell in love with the little pup next door named Romeo. We booked this trip with our pup in mind, since it is dog friendly, and really appreciated the owners refunding the dog fee when we mentioned our pup passed away right before our trip. Overall, a good experience, highly recommend.
