Traditional Danish holiday home with whirlpool and sauna in the house. The center of the village is within walking distance from the house. The technical equipment also includes Playstation3, Wi-Fi and a selection of German TV channels. For cooler evenings, a wood stove is available. In the house also four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lawn is in scenic surroundings. For toddlers there are highchair and cot in the house, outdoor sandpit and swing. The terrace area is partially covered. Free entry for guests of this house to the swimming pool Svømmecenter Falster! Property 6544 is right next door. No rental to youth groups desired!

Schöner Jahreswechsel

Die Lage des Hauses ist richtig gut. Zum Strand 15 Minuten, Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Aldi direkt in der Nähe und ein Fischstand mit super frischen Fisch. Das Grundstück ist groß genug für die Kinder zum rumtoben. Die Sauna und der Badezuber waren im Winter super zul relaxen. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Leider war das Ferienhaus bei unserer Ankunft in keinem perfekten Zustand. Im Haus waren sehr viele Spinnweben, vermutlich war das Haus zuvor länger nicht bewohnt. / Zudem war der gesamte Außenbereich und die Terrasse extrem verschmutz und musste von uns gereinigt werden. Der Sandkasten war sehr dreckig ebenso der Grill (Grillroste). Der Rasen war bei unserer Ankunft schon länger nicht gemäht worden und wurde es auch in den folgenden zwei Wochen nicht. / Leider konnten sowohl der Sankasten als auch der Rasen von unserer Tochter im Krabbelalter nicht genutzt werden. / Ich empfehle zudem einen separaten Hochstuhl bei DanCenter zu mieten. Zwar ist ein Hochstuhl vorhanden aber ohne Gurte weshalb unsere Tochter immer wieder aufstand und rausklettern wollte. / / Das Haus ist zu Fuß ca. 10-15 min vom Strand entfernt. Die Entfernung beträgt ca. 1,4 km (600m Luftlinie, was aber nicht der eigentliche Weg ist). Ins Zentrum von Marielyst sind es zu Fuß 20-25min. Wir hatten zum Glück Fahrräder dabei, was ich auch jedem empfehlen würde. / / Ein Tagesausflug nach Kopenhagen lohnt sich sehr, von Nykøbing aus kann man bspw. mit dem Zug fahren aber auch mit dem Auto ist es kein Problem.
