Located in the gorgeous Continental Country Club area, this condo is perfect as a base to enjoy Flagstaff and the surrounding area or all of the amenities nearby. Oakmont Restaurant, (on the golf course) is walking distance, or a short drive away. Condo is located on the BOTTOM floor, , with spectacular views from every room. The Condo was recently furnished with fresh décor and was planned for convenience and comfort.
Enjoy Flagstaff's small town charm, only a short scenic drive from Phoenix (150 miles North) or the Grand Canyon (80 miles South). Conveniently located along I-40 and I-17 in the northern part of Arizona at the base of the San Francisco Peaks. AT an elevation of 7000 feet, Flagstaff offers year round resort activities. Summers here are beautiful and mild, perfect for hiking, mountain biking, concerts, or reading on the deck. Shop at the local art galleries for authentic Native American souvenirs. Golfing is minutes away at the Continental Country Club, the only public course in Flagstaff.
Winters bring plenty of snow to enjoy downhill skiing/boarding at nearby Snow Bowl. Flagstaff is home to Northern Arizona University (NAU) and offers a of the benefits of a major University.

A PERFECT GETAWAY IN THE PINES

The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. The location was good with lovely walking paths around the lakes nearby. It was a perfect getaway for my friend and myself.

Disappointing.

Bed linens VERY dirty. Condo missing much that was described in listing. We had no flat screen, desk or dresser in 2nd bedroom. No Keurig in kitchen as described - the coffeemaker that was there took 1 hour to brew a pot of coffee. Communication with owner was awful. We actually did not hear from her with the code to get into condo until one and a half hours after check in time. Luckily the man who was cleaning the condo was there and was able to give us a key. Fan in living room was broken, set only on high. Many panels missing from sliding glass door blinds, railing getting down the few steps to the front door came off in our hand. Master bathroom faucet on sink leaked badly. There was mold on the outside of the shower in master bathroom as well. Took pictures of dirty linens and texted to the owner. Texted her 4 times with no response over a 6 day period. I have still received no response. I understand that the owner was out of state getting married, but I'm afraid that does not mean that we should have been as inconvenienced as we were. Bedding had to be pre-treated, washed and dried just so we would have something to sleep under. Our foursome felt that the condo was not very clean, with very old food in the refrigerator and some other small things that were wrong. With no communication back from the owner, this is not the experience that we have had with VRBO listings in the past. Have rented many, many condos and houses over the years and found this one to be very disappointing, especially for the price we paid.

Great location, roomy and comfortable

Easy access to downtown Flagstaff and Snowbowl, and enjoyed being so close to Continental Country Club. Saw deer the first morning. Well appointed kitchen so easy to stay in and cook a meal.

Home away from home

I enjoyed my time at the condo so much. I was there on a 13 week travel assignment and it was the perfect place to stay. It’s in a great location. Close to all amenities, and activities. Connie was super accommodating and quick to respond. I will definitely be coming back to flag and staying at the condo again

We purchased this condo in 2016 after renting it from the prior owner. Its perfect for a quick weekend getaway, or a weekly and monthly rental. We loved the fact that it is walking distance to golf, tennis, hiking, restaurants, etc. The condo has also been refreshed with new bedding and furnishings. Theres plenty of room to enjoy a great meal, bbq on the deck, or hanging out in the living room.
