Small house completely renovated, trendy decor decor, with a large garden in the heart of Old Lavandou with sea view, private pool, very quiet, ideal for spending a family vacation and enjoying the beaches and the center of Lavandou. 8-10 min walk to the beach and 5-7 Min walk to the center. Rental from Saturday to Saturday in season (July-August) Take advantage of the proximity of the center, the beaches, the port with these departures for the daily Islands, without ever taking your car.

Haus schön, Kommunikation schwierig

Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen sehr nett eingerichtet, sauber und liegt 10 Min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Es hat alles, was man im Urlaub bemötigt. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet und der Pool ist auch richtig schön. Lediglich die Kommunikation lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe im Vorfeld alles erfragen müssen und Antworten immer sehr verspätet bekommen. Es gab vor der Anreise eine Handynummer vom Hausmeister, der dann auch bei Ankunft wie vereinbart vor Ort war - bei der vereinbarten Abreise allerdings nicht. Er hat auch nicht zurückgerufen, wenn man Fragen hatte. Das war schwierig. Wenn der Informationsfluss besser laufen würde, der Hausmeister verlässlich wäre und es Moskitonetze an den Fenstern gäbe... wäre es ein perfekter Urlaub!

Schöner Ort, aber…

Wunderbarer Ort mit bezauberndem Blick auf das Meer. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Schneller Kontakt zur Vermieterin Leider: keine korrekte Adresse, mußten anhand der Bilder das Haus suchen; Übergabe des Hauses erfolgte 45 min später, obwohl wir unsere Ankunftszeit angegeben haben, am letzten Tag wurde vor der Übergabezeit begonnen, das Haus zu putzen, obwohl wir noch beim Packen waren; Garten ungepflegt, Sitzpolster im Garten waren total verschmutzt, Haus für 6 Personen, aber nur 4 Liegen am Pool, kein Sonnenschirm, Mobiliar insgesamt sehr simple; es wurde uns ein kaputtes Verschleißteil vom Pool völlig überteuert ohne Vorlage einer Rechnung von der Kaution abgezogen (der Fall wird noch durch FeWo direkt geklärt). Ich hätte eigentlich keine Kritik geäußert, wenn wir dafür nicht 450€/Nacht bezahlt hätten!

We loved our stay in villa petit paradis :) If there is one minor topic that you should know is that you have to bring yourself are the towels. With the washing machine which is present this is no issue at alll.

Kleines Paradies

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Tage in diesem kleinen Paradies mit herrlicher Meersicht. Idealer Standort, man findet alles in nächster Umgebung (Läden, Restaurants, Strand) Das Häuschen ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und insbesondere die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool ist ebenfalls fantastisch. Merci à Jo pour sa gentillesse!
