The convenience of the surf in surf out location to some of the world’s best downwinders, flat water and foiling spots make SOUND ADVENTURE a truly unique place to participate in watersports or to enjoy the beautiful sunsets while watching the kitesurfers glide by.

This getaway is a welcoming refuge from the moment you pull into the driveway and unload your luggage. There is plenty of space to store your beach and watersports gear, with room to hang and dry ten kiteboard sails under the house. There is also an air compressor which makes pumping up kites a breeze and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun-filled day on the water. The yard offers plenty of space to rig watersports gear or relax. A private pier and sandy beach offer the ability to easily launch kiteboards, kayaks, or stand-up-paddleboards directly from the backyard.

A short set of steps leads to the first level which boasts a game room with pool table and foosball, along with other comforts including a 65" Smart TV with a game console including 60 games, kitchenette with refrigerator, and a half bath. There is access to the outside deck, leading you to the sparkling pool, large 8-person hot tub for a soothing soak, and a poolside bar to enjoy a refreshing beverage. This level also has a master bedroom with pyramid bunks featuring a 60" Smart TV as well as a theater room with a 75" home theater system and stadium seating.

You'll find five master bedrooms on the second level, each with Smart TVs, and the laundry room with sink and linen closet are located nearby. For secluded contemplation, there is a quiet lounge with a wet bar, refrigerator, entertainment center and access to a shaded deck.

The top level has two master bedrooms with Smart TVs, one featuring a large whirlpool tub. The well-equipped kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, dual wall ovens, 6 burner cooktop, and expansive breakfast bar. The spacious great room has an entertainment center with a 75" Smart TV and opens to a wide sundeck. Nearby is a half-bath and wet bar with a 30-bottle capacity wine cooler. All levels of the home have sensational sound views, perfect for watching the setting sun after a day of adventure on the water, and a large selection of books, games and puzzles will help you enjoy your visit.

Guests of SOUND ADVENTURE will have complimentary access to Wind Over Waves amenities including a 100-foot pier and community boat ramp. With private beach access within walking distance via the Hatteras Colony subdivision, outdoor adventure is right around the corner. A convenient path runs parallel to NC-12, allowing you to explore nearby shopping, restaurants, and REAL Watersports.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
