A ideal apartment, located a few minutes walking from the Opera metro station - lines 2 and 5. Fully equipped, family atmosphere, comfortable and quiet. It is a second exterior floor type study. A full bathroom with bathtub. American type kitchen. Living room with double sofa bed. And diaphanous space with a double bed.

- Kitchen: fully equipped with vitroceramic 2 burners, microwave oven, refrigerator and washing machine. Wardrobes and kitchen furniture as well as household appliances.

- living-dining room: with double sofa bed, dining table with four chairs, TV, wardrobes with two balconies facing the street.



Located in a commercial area with all services at hand and unbeatable public transport communication (Metro and Bus), near restaurants, shops, supermarkets and shops in general. You can walk to the Cathedral of Madrid, Royal Palace, Mercado de San Miguel, Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol etc.

We want to inform you that the entrance time to the apartment is from 15:00 to 20:00 hrs,If your entrance will be between 20:00 and 22:00 hours, you will have to pay in cash a fee of 10€ upon arrival, 15€ if it is from 22:00 to 23:00 hours and 20€ if it is over 23: 00hrs. The maximum time of entry to the property is until 01: 00hr.

Dear guest please, indicate your arrival time as approximate as possible in order to coordinate the delivery of keys and access to the apartment. If your arrival at the property is after the time indicated by you, you must wait for the availability of the collaborator since we do not have a 24-hour reception, but we are tourist accommodation and we work with prior planning for the delivery of all the flats, all adapted to the situation for covid-19.

The departure of the apartment must be before 11: 00 am.
