Seashell 12 is a spacious 2 bedroom, fully air-conditioned, duplex apartment at the very popular Sunset Beach Club at Calis Beach. It enjoys a lovely outlook over one of the swimming pool from the balcony. This apartment is an ideal base for families or couples seeking a self-catering beach holiday within easy reach of Calis. No car hire is needed when staying here as it is easy to get about on foot or by dolmus. Seashell 12 offers really good flexibility as it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus with a sofa bed in the lounge means it can comfortably sleep up to 5 people (4 adults + 1 child on the sofa bed). As this is a duplex apartment, its layout is designed over 2 floors which offers more privacy than some other apartments.
The master bedroom is upstairs with the bonus of its own small private terrace and en-suite bathroom. The twin bedroom and 2nd bathroom are downstairs. This makes it great for families or 2 couples sharing the apartment as the sleeping arrangements are on 2 floors (with a bathroom for each bedroom).

The lounge features a satellite TV system and DVD player. There's a selection of DVDs and reading books for our guests to use. WiFi is also available in the apartment.
The kitchen features oven/ hob, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/ freezer and everything you need for self catering. Outside on the balcony is a great built in BBQ, an outdoor dining table, chairs and parasol. There is a lovely outlook onto one of the swimming pools and towards the sea.
Situated in a great position on the complex, Seashell 12 is set about half way down the complex which means you are slightly away from the main reception/ entrance, busy front swimming pool, poolside bar and restaurant, but still within very easy reach to all of the main facilities. It is in a good position for guests seeking a slightly quieter position on the complex.Sunset Beach Club has everything you could be looking for whilst on holiday. As well as 7 outdoor pools, 3 kids splash pools, there is a sauna, hamman (Turkish bath) and treatments available in the wellness centre (local charges apply). There is even a small on-site shop, a poolside bar and restaurant .

Great pools and Sea

Excellent swimming pools and right by the sea for Calis beach. Accommodation excellent with all the bedding, kitchen utensils you might need. Great balconies. Very pleased to stay including a few kids.

Home From Home

From initial booking to checking out the whole process was very straight forward. Communication with the Host and Nadine (apartment manager) was perfect with any queries clarified promptly. The transfer (arranged by Nadine for £100 return) was a lovely air conditioned mini bus and friendly driver. The apartment is very well equipped and we didn't even need tobring beach towels or adaptors. It has WiFi which was great for the boys a TV and a DVD player. The pool area was spotless and you are even allocated sun loungers. It's perfect location for the beach as its only a stones throw away. Literally outside the complex. Sea Shells 12 is a perfect place to stay and I can't recommend it enough.

1. Top Lage, Schwimmbäder, Meer, usw. alles vor der Haustür. 2. Sicherheit, Security an beiden Eingängen. Privatstrand auch mit Security Überwachung. 3. Sehr sauber, Haus, Schwimmbäder, Strand, Meer, Gegend, einfach super. 4. Freundlichkeit der Türken kennt inzwischen jeder, kann kein Land übertreffen. Mustafa, bei der Schlüssel Übergabe war durchaus super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. 5. Wir hatten (5 Personen) eine Duplex Wohnung, was durchaus sehr sauber war, es gab nichts wirklich nichts was fehlte. Wir waren erstaunt wie gut und praktisch alles eingerichtet war. 6. Mann kann in der Einrichtung einkaufen, aber für einen größeren Einkauf muss man am besten zur nächsten größeren Supermarkt nur 3 -4 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Wir Reisen sehr oft mit dem Auto und dann immer an mehreren Hotels. Hier waren wir 7 Nächte und das war mit Sicherheit eines der besten. Besonders das wir das Meer und Schwimmbäder vor der Tür hatten. Wir konnten seelenruhig unsere Kinder alleine im Schwimmbecken lassen und selber am Meer Sonnen und schwimmen. Im Balkon konnten wir Grillen und der Kühlschrank war super groß. Von mir gibt es die best Marke und wir werden so Gott es will bestimmt wieder kommen. Top Favorit

Excellent holiday

We had a great experience. We loved the apartment and enjoyed the facilities. The home had everything we could possibly need. Management was super responsive with any questions we had. Complex is lovely and over all other guests are considerate and rule abiding. The only downside was loud music from a nearby hotel almost every night. This is to be expected during the summer months in a vacation center in Turkey, nevertheless. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
