About this property

At 1 km from the archaeological area of Paestum, in the Cilento National Park, the holiday home "on the Route of Ulysses" is strategically positioned between the two Amalfi and Cilento coasts. In an area full of tourist and cultural initiatives: shows, concerts, performances in period costumes and festivals. "On the route of Ulysses" is a house divided into three independent apartments, in a cool and wooded environment overlooking the sea. At 200 there is the municipal swimming pool. It is about 35km from Salerno and 3km from Agropoli, from where it is possible to take advantage of ferry and hydrofoil services to the most beautiful areas of the Amalfi coast. The stay in this villa is the solution for your holiday among the sea, uncontaminated places of naturalistic-archaeological interest, where the food and wine products are varied and remarkable.

The structure consists of a two-room apartment as a double bedroom, bathroom and sofa bed, a studio apartment with kitchenette plus a bathroom, a bedroom with bathroom and a room adjacent to the previous one with external bathroom.

The property is rented to only one group of guests at a time.

It can be accessed from an internal staircase to the villa and from a completely independent external staircase.
First floor about 20 steps. Wooded park, swimming pool and covered and uncovered outdoor spaces can be used by all guests. There is an additional bathroom in the garden in addition to the bathrooms for each swimming pool is used only by guests of the villa. The park of about 3 hectares is partly tree-lined, partly used for parking, partly cultivated as a vegetable garden. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, hot and cold water. It is possible to have breakfast.

Pas conforme à la description, on a voulu partir dès qu'on est arrivés

Les propriétaires sont gentils (Fernanda nous a fait des gâteaux), disponible (nous donner des prospectus pour excursions, nous donner des verres manquants dans le logement...) et serviable mais ça ne compense pas le fait que, on nous attendait à 3 au lieu de 5 comme sur la réservation, avec du coup un logement inadapté. Nous avons du dormir à 5 dans la meme chambre avec les matelas par terre car la 2e chambre proposée pour nos enfants était un four et non climatisée comme indiqué sur l'annonce. Nos enfants ont du faire les 3 premières nuits dans 3 chambres différentes avant d'avoir un climataseur portable. La description sur le site n'est pas juste. La maison est celle des propriétaires avec des chambres au dernier étage avec la leur. Le dernier étage est tout de même accessible par un escalier extérieur privatif qui donne sur une terrasse commune aux 4 chambres louées composées comme suit : un studio pour 2 adultes +/- un petit enfant, un appartement avec une chambre pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant, une chambre pour 2 personnes avec salle de bain, et une chambre avec lit double. Les 4 chambres communiquent par le couloir commun aux propriétaires. Nous avons logé dans l'appartement qui a 2 fenetre qui donne dans la cage d'escalier de leur maison avec un mince rideau, quand on sort de la salle de bain on a un vis-à-vis sur la terrasse où sont les autres vacanciers. La description mentionne que le logement est loué à un seul groupe de personnes à la fois mais on était 3 familles en même temps avec la même terrasse et une grande table à partager. Les équipements mentionnés sont peut être disponible dans toute la maison mais pas dans chaque studio (nous n'avions pas de micro-ondes par exemple), il n'y a pas de machine à laver dans le logement, c'est en fait la femme de ménage ou la propriétaire qui lave le linge (j'étais un peu gênée), et pas de WIFI dans les chambres mais un faible débit en bas sur leur terrasse. On a eu des coupures d'eau, d'électricité. Réveillés à 9h par la débroussailleuse un dimanche matin. Pas de rideaux occultants dans l'appartement, de simples voilages avec le soleil dans le visage dès 6h, j'ai du accrocher des couvertures aux fenêtres. Par contre le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. De ce fait le prix était excessif pour un petit logement chez l'habitant, le prix est exorbitant et pas adapté au logement loué. On a signalé que c'était cher.Le terme plus approprié pour l'annonce est chambres d'hôtes chez l'habitant

Amazing property

The property was easy to find, and we contacted the owner and were able to check in earlier on the day. There was confusion regarding the number of rooms required. We assumed it was all four rooms, whereas they were trying to book us into just two (we were four adults and a child, but not all couples). This was resolved after communication with the owner and we ended up with three rooms. The facilities were good. A useful kitchen area in two of the rooms, full sized fridge, coffee machine. We had full use of the balcony area outside which was a very large area with plenty of seating and table space (with umbrellas also which was useful during the day). We also had sole use of the pool downstairs, which again had a good seating area also.

Una vacanza riposante

La struttura non e' lontana dal mare e ben collegata per raggiungere in poco tempo le altre localita' turistiche della zona. La proprietà è molto bella, con un grande giardino e una piscina a disposizione degli ospiti, che consente al rientro di rinfrescarsi e rilassarsi. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili. Gradevole soggiorno!

Excellentes vacances

Les propriétaires sont très sympa et vraiment dispo. Fernanda est même venue nous montrer l endroit du marché d agropoli, le super marché et les plages. Acceuil très chaleureux. On u retournera sûrement.
