Located on the 3rd floor (modern elevator) with an inner courtyard balcony facing south, three bedrooms, one bathroom and a nice kitchen. Just a couple of minutes from Stockholm Södra Train station with direct connection to and from Arlanda Airport and other intercity communications, buses, trains and metro. Walking distance to central Södermalm areas such as Mariatorget, Medborgarplatsen, Slussen, Nytorget and a large number of a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping as well as attractive parks, playgrounds and walking lanes along the waterside. Très bon séjour à Stockholm

L’accueil s’est très bien passé, la propriétaire a accepté sans difficulté de nous accueillir avant l’heure prévue du check-in. L’appartement est très bien, très confortable et chaleureux, il est parfaitement situé : à 2 mn à pied de la station de train en provenance directe de l’aéroport et tout près du métro et de plusieurs lignes de bus. À moins de 3 mn à pied il y a 2 supermarchés et plusieurs restaurants, qui font également de la vente à emporter. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour qui veut être près du centre de Stockholm mais dans un quartier calme et résidentiel.

Sweet homey spot in a great neighborhood

Anna’s apartment was a lovely place to stay. Spacious and well-appointed for our group of 3. Great location near the metro, and an easy walk to the park with the path along the water, and the Old Town. Highly recommend!

Winter in Stockholm

This apartment was so warm and inviting during the cold of the winter. Anna was very good with responding to any questions leading up to our arrival and had many wonderful suggestions set out for our time there. The building is very nice and secure. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for walking around. Very close to Public transport. I cannot say enough how wonderful it was to stay here. From the moment we arrived it felt as if we were in our own home away from home. I really hope to make it back to Sweden, and if we do, Anna will be top of the list of contacts. Thank you for sharing your home with us ❤️

Schöne saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. In der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Betten sind warm und bequem. Ein Lidel ist fußläufig 5 min weit weg und auch sonntags geöffnet. Die Bahnanbindung in die Innenstadt ist sehr gut.
