Family staycation
The location was peaceful, and the property was large enough for 7 people and 3 dogs. Lounge is very sparse and could use some more furnishings. Kitchen was well equipped, but children were unable to use the showers due to the water being too hot without temperature control. Water pressure for showers was also poor. No garden or outside seating at this property but adjacent to an enclosed paddock for dog exercising. Staff were very friendly and helpful and cottage was in walking distance to the town and public foot paths which was excellent. Although some negatives, on the whole this property did tick all the boxes as it’s not easy to find accommodation for all of us.
