Immersed among olive trees, the villa offers a spectacular view of the lake from a privileged position: just 30 meters from the beach and 1.5 km from the center of Malcesine, connected by a lakeside promenade.

The villa is divided into some apartments - for 2/3 people.
The studio consists of a large bright room with double bed, single bed, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave oven, TV, bathroom with shower.

A large garden with tables and deck chairs, from which you can enjoy an enchanting view of Lake Garda, is available to our guests.

Villa Kunterbunt

Die Lage der FeWo ist optimal. Der Ausblick von der Terasse auf den Gardasee einfach super. Hier kann man auch schön Frühstücken oder den Tag ausklingen lassen. Auch war von Vorteil, dass wir einen Garagenstellplatz für unser Motorrad und einen PKW Stellplatz bekamen. Der See ist zu Fuß in 3 Min. erreichbar. Nach Malcesine sind es ca. 5 Min mit dem Auto. Die ältere Hausdame ist sehr bemüht und kümmert sich sehr um ihre Gäste. Leider ist diese Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Sanierung der Räume wäre dringend angebracht. WC- Deckel wurde bestimmt schon seit 20 Jahren nicht mehr gewechselt und das Geschirr wurde für zwei Personen abgezählt. Auch sollten man die Heizung für Warmwasser neu einstellen. Zum Glück hatten wir über 30 Grad. Leider konnten wir keine Türe offen lassen, da diese zugleich der Eingangsbereich war. Wenn man, wie wir,- viel unterwegs ist, kann man über vieles hinweg sehen.
