515 Tarpon Pond Cottages
This bright and cheery cottage has a sunny front porch entry. When you step inside you will notice the many nice updates. Enjoy the company of your family and friends while gathering in the inviting living area. New furnishings offer a comfortable space to relax while watching shows on the large wall mounted HDTV. Step out on to the spacious screened porch to share conversation while gathered around the table for four or in the seating area. The dining area has a table that comfortably seats 6. Nearby is the fully stocked kitchen. The property has Xfinity Gigabit Internet with blazing fast WIFI in case you have to take a working vacation. If you choose to cook the kitchen has the following amenities provided: 1. Keurig Coffee Maker & Drip Coffee Maker, 2. Electric Water Kettle 3. Ninja Blender, 4. Hand Mixer 5. Pots and pans for cooking & BBQ grilling. 6. Spice Rack for cooking. 7. Slow cooker (Crock pot) 8. Storage containers for leftovers

Accommodations: There are three bedrooms and a loft offering sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests. The master bedroom is off the living room and has a king bed, SmartTV and en suite bathroom. The master bath has a shower and tile flooring. There are two bedrooms and a full hall bath off a hall on the opposite side of the living room. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The kids will love sleeping in the twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Head upstairs to the loft to watch shows or movies while lounging on the day bed. This room is open to the living area below, and can accommodate 2 additional guests on the day bed and trundle bed underneath.

This property has the best underneath outdoor living space of any property in the Tarpon Ponds community. Outdoor dining space, lounge space, hammock, gas fire-pit and new gas grill on the outdoor deck. Your adventures await, explore the island by hopping on one of the 3 bikes provided and head to any of Seabrook Island's 3.5 miles of sandy beaches.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

This home is so close to everything! Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, Club pools, the Club's two championship golf courses, Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks and Racquet club. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

We have rented on Seabrook Island many times but never a house or cottage. It is a very nice dog friendly unit. Easy access to everything on the island.

Great property in Seabrooke Island
We loved everything about this property and plan to come back in the future. It was clean, well maintained, and very relaxing. Beds are very comfortable. Loved the location and the beach is fabulous. We saw quite a few dolphins at the inlet and witnessed strand feeding. Also, the property management company is a well run organization and communicates frequently. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful neighborhood
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The neighborhood is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch which provided a good spot to eat breakfast and play games.
