The villa consists of two bedrooms – one featuring a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, the living room is equipped with a sofa bed, allowing you to enjoy quality time with family and friends. It is ideal for up to 5 guests. The property offers a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Complete with parking space and access to a shared garden, it is conveniently located just 600 meters from the beach.

Services excluded - Mandatory:
-A security deposit is required to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. The amount can swing between 100eur and 250eur, depending on the accommodation type. The security deposit will be returned to the guests at the check-out, after the property inspection.
-City tax: to be paid in cash upon arrival. The exact amount per person per night will be communicated by the local agency upon arrival.
