You won't mind getting Snowed In at this Big Bear Cabin! Located close to restaurants and conveniences and boasts a large, gated lot with mature trees!
The cabin has been lovingly decorated with cozy mountain decor to give you getaway feel! Stay warm and toasty in the large living room while relaxing in front of the wood burning fireplace. Watch your favorite movie on the flat screen TV with Sling TV with Roku, Blu-Ray player and large DVD movie selection. The kitchen is right around the corner and includes a gas stove, microwave, traditional coffee pot, Keurig machine and dishwasher while enjoying a meal on the new dining table. Step outside to the back deck with table and chairs and propane barbecue and watch the kids explore the large flat lot. A full bathroom is located on the main level.
When night falls retreat to the upstairs. The spacious master bedroom has a wood burning fireplace, 3/4 bathroom, smart television with Netflix and Sling TV. The room also features a king bed, twin over twin bunk and additional twin roll-away. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin over twin bunk, and TV with streaming and a PlayStation 4. Plenty of options for everyone to get a good night's sleep.

The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
