About this property

This house is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only their service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

Beautiful 3 Bedroom plus Den house close to two different beach entrances, Marriott, Movies, and Restaurants. Heated Pool with a southern exposure! Plenty of room to stretch out and relax with two Living Rooms and a Den. Relaxing Pool Area with seating for 6 in the covered lanai.
Master Bedroom has a King Bed with access to the pool area. Master Bathroom has a Separate Shower and Tub. The two Guest Rooms have Queen Beds with one of the rooms having access to the Pool Area. Den has a tv and twin sleeper sofa. The Pool Area has a half bathroom. Beach cart and chairs provided. NOTE: This house has an electric patio grill NOT propane
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.

Great location and nicely maintained

We stayed at this house because it had 3 bedrooms and was close to Eagles Nest condos where a family reunion was taking place. The house was nicely maintained and very comfortable. There was plenty of seating areas, cabinets and a lovely pool area. The beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, pool toys, lots of beach towels all were extremely helpful. The only negative thing that I could say was that it didn't have some of the small conveniences that we are accustomed to. While this is super minor compared to all the overall amenities, we missed things in the kitchen like a pitcher, pot holders, a grill brush, etc. We suspected that the house had been in the market and not rented for a while, and that was probably the reason. However, these small details would not prevent us from renting it again. It was a comfortable, clean house that accommodated a family of 5 adults with room for up to 2 overnight visitors. Great vacation house!

Christmas Vacation

This property was super clean and has easy access to the beach. We’ve been to Marco before and knew we liked to go on the beach away from the noise so we walked down to the public entrance by Maple via S Flamingo. House is well equipped with beach chairs, towels, a cooler, plenty of cooking pots and pans. Multiple sitting areas and the pool area was great! The only downfalls were a small coffee pot (5cups only) and no beach cart. Hahah! Other than that it was perfect. We would go back again!

Good place to stay

Very nice place to stay, the house has plenty of space for all of us. We were thinking that we will be able to access the beach true the hotels but this is not the case you won't be able to (at least not with all your family :), if you by your self yes there is a way to get to the beach next to the hotels) otherwise you need to use public access which is far and you will need to take your car, I was reviewing google earth before arrival and I was thinking that will be possible. Two things I would upgrade at the house, 1st and most important (safety hazard) floor by the swimming pool is super slippery whet weet!!! Just be careful!!! we all learned hard way! and 2nd electric grill is a complete joke.

Nice, large, and comfortable home

Easy communication with staff, had an issue with the pool on check in and it was attended to the next day. Have to pick up keys at rental agency on check in. Minimal disposable supplies as far as toilet paper and paper towels. Comfortable beds, clean house.

vrbo's work was excellent

Too many rats in and around property. Left 3 nights before scheduled departure. They have not refunded us anything. They claim the whole Island is full of rats all the time.
