Couldn’t have been better

The flat is exactly like the pictures. It is tasteful and well appointed with good quality appliances, comfortable furniture and firm mattress. The hosts are extremely accommodating. If there is anything you need just ask. We loved sitting in the shade of the front deck and looking at the river and hearing the birds. The river is clean enough for swimming and I also went kayaking on it. The TV is smart and has Netflix supplied. Very good wifi as well. There is very little traffic as it is the end of a road so nice and quiet. We hope to go back.

Best hosts ever

We have stayed at this lovely family and their beautiful waterfront home for almost two weeks. We could not make a better choice when deciding to stay at their place. The house was perfect inside and out, immaculately clean and homey with peaceful views of the river. Riccie and her sweet family, we are hugely thankful for your exceptional hospitality, and all you did for us!!!!! You are all special!

We, as a family - husband (builder), myself and our two uni student daughters - built this beautiful home on the banks of the Weiti River Estuary in 2019, as we love to play on the water - any form of adventure is our thing.
I work from home as a Jungian Therapist, so I am available if necessary
There is so much to do on the peninsula and Auckland City Centre is a mere 30km away by car, or you may choose to go by ferry from Gulf Harbour.
The apartment is a completely separate area, affording you as much privacy as you would like with immediate access to the water.

Its location is very special - on a quiet no exit road, built up against the mountain, with the river directly in front, Karepiro Bay slightly to the left 260m away, the Weiti Boat Club 90m to the right ad Okura Scenic Bush Walk directly across the River...yet only 3km away from a shopping centre and cinema complex

What makes this property unique

Direct access to the water and the constantly changing views of the estuary. Interesting bird life, Dolphins and Whales visit often and a great pier to fish off.
