Heritage listed and newly renovated 4 bedroom house, 10 minute walk to city center and waterfront or to North Hobart restaurants. Ideal for large families or corporate groups.

The property is a two story, 4 bedroom house that has been newly renovated. Three bedrooms have king beds that can also be split into singles. There is also a sofa bed in the fourth bedroom and a sofa bed in the second living area. Large kitchen and dining area, 2.5 bathrooms as well as fully secure free parking off street for several vehicles depending on the size of the vehicles or motorcycles. This property has a strict no party policy.

Team event

Great house and location. Host was lovely, easy to communicate with and very timely in responses. Bathroom set up is not super convenient when using all 4 rooms, but once that was figured out it was ok. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Hobart.
