About this property

Secluded 2/3 bedroom Beach House sleeps up to 3 couples , surrounded by native vegetation and backing on to farmland. The house is 5 minutes walk from the beach and lifesaving club and the Sandy Point General Store and Café. Possums, echidnas, wombats and koalas are regular visitors

Please note no pets allowed.

The main living room is spacious, with the kitchen, dining and lounge areas combined. A 48' TV, DVDs magazines and games provide entertainment. A new wood heater and Electric panel heaters ensure the house is warm and cosy in winter.

The living area opens on to a large private deck with outdoor table and chairs, outdoor gas heater and weber barbecue and hot water outdoor shower.

The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge, water filter, espresso coffee machine, electric oven and gas cook top and microwave and dishwasher.
The newly renovated bathroom accessed from the main living area has a shower over the bath, handbasin and toilet.

The bathroom includes laundry facilities
There is a second separate toilet.

All the taps are connected to the fresh rainwater tank.

There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed
The large bunk room is divided into two sectionsby sliding double doors with a queen bed in one end and a double bed with a single bunk above in the other end, all have doonas and pillows.

There is parking for 2 cars in the deep back yard.

Only minutes away from the lifesaving club and beach and the dunes, fishing and other delights of Shallow Inlet, and an ideal base for day trips to the Prom and beyond, Harbour View can be your home away from home for your beach holiday.
