Modern home with open plan living / dining / well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar and microwave. Living area with TV, DVD and stereo. All open to the front balcony with views over the golf course. Main bathroom with larger corner bath, 2 toilets. BBQ facilities, outdoor setting and off street parking. Please note the garage is excluded from use. Great location close to the beach.

Good location

House was in good location and had everything we needed, except our dog. It is listed as not pet friendly but there was dog hair all over most of the quilts on the beds and on carpets which indicates house not as clean as it should be either.
