4 Bedroom house with large elevated deck set amongst the trees.
Free Wi-Fi available.
An appealing beach house and very suitable for family holidays. With four bedrooms there is plenty of space to move about. It is an open plan home with the kitchen/dining adjoining the lounge/sitting room with large TV, reverse cycle air conditioner, ducted heating. The living area opens on to a spacious deck - great for relaxing around the BBQ area. Or just to lounge or recline on the deck and catch up on some reading. Sun umbrella for shelter.

For entertainment there is totem tennis, kiddies boogie boards, and games,
DVD's.

Plenty of car parking space.

Situated in a quiet area between the front and back beaches. Close to Hot Springs and wineries.

Relaxing stay

My family and I are so grateful we selected Liz's place to stay for a Blairgowrie holiday. Our twin 4 year old boys we very comfortable in their shared room, just as us adults in our queen beds. The kitchen has everything you need, the deck is great for eating and playing outside and the lounge area was very relaxing. The location is easy and we definitely will book again. Thank you so much Liz. Communication was efficient and friendly.

A lovely place to stay!

This property is great, lots of space a lovely large kitchen table where we ( six of us) could comfortably sit and a very well stocked kitchen. Elizabeth was extremely easy to deal with, offered an early check in and late check out( thanks!) good area as well- a short drive to the back beach with all the lovely trails. Thanks so much!

Great value and location for our stay.

What I liked about this accomodation was the location and proximity for the Rye, Blairgowrie and Sorrento areas. It was great value for myself and my Mum as opposed to a claustrophobic motel. It’s like one of the original beach houses with some upgrades and great facilities. Also b&b accomodation can be expensive on the Mornington Peninsula especially the southern part. My disappointment was my bed was rock hard and desperately needed a topper. The shower was tiny and myself being solid it’s a bit of a tight area. Water pressure was fantastic everywhere except for the shower. If the pressure is great I can be in and out in five minutes. When it’s weak with a pressure limiter, I take up to 15 minutes. It’s really false economy especially as all other taps flow like a fire hose and we aren’t in a drought. With only the one bathroom I am glad it was only two of us. If I were a family that situation would drive me batty. A clothes line attached to the house would be useful too. Overall an easy stay and super host.

The White House

Not a bad place. A bit dated, but quant. Has everything you need. Beds comfortable. Lots of extras ie sugar, olive oil etc made the stay very convenient. Clean n tidy inside Very quiet which is great for a good nights sleep
