Sophistication and luxury in the heart of Wanaka

Relax and unwind in this brand new, modern apartment. Light and warm, the apartment comprises of a studio set up, making it the perfect place to stay whilst visiting Wanaka. Whether you're here to ski, work or out exploring town, the lake and walking tracks, our apartment is a quiet and luxurious space to come home to. You'll have your own kitchen, bathroom and courtyard providing everything you need to make your stay in Wanaka simply perfect.

The apartment is situated as part of family home and from time to time you may see our school aged children around. They will not disturb you as we have had Airbnb guests for most of their lives, but you may occasionally see them. We also have a cat who lives on the property, but she is not allowed in your apartment.

The studio has its own entrance, private courtyard and an area to capture the last rays of sun over the mountains and lake. This is a favourite spot to enjoy a Central Otago red wine!

Beautiful Property, Super Luxurious!
Beautiful property with an amazing view, we had a great time in this studio and felt right at home. The studio is so clean and luxurious, from the heated floors to the modern fittings, and can't forget that amazing shower! Thanks to Portia and Mitch for their generosity and hospitality, especially on the dinner recommendations, we loved Kika!

This is 5 star property, all brand new and in beautiful place Communication with Mitch is excellent, he wanted to make sure that we have everything we need Studio is equipped with everything you need for comfortable stay They stock breakfast for you, cereals, milk, butter, jam, bread, juice, coffee pod machine, tea and my wife's favourite peanut butter They printed list of necessities like restaurants and emergency numbers They recommended place for dinner and it was top notch Heated bathroom floor, new carpet, comfortable bed and air-conditioning Thank you for having us, it was short stay hopefully we will be back again Edo and Edina

Beautiful Wanaka
This property was absolutely perfect! It was just a short 25 minute walk to downtown or just a 8 minute drive and the view from the property was stunning! The apartment was super cute and clean!
