Come take a break and relax in our newly renovated and decorated Madeira Beach Yacht Club! This charming 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom townhouse is located in a private gated complex along the Boca Ciega Bay and only minutes away from the white sands of Madeira Beach.
The Madeira Beach Yacht Club offers wonderful amenities including 2 heated pools, fitness rooms, hot tub, sauna, and a billiard room. There are several fishing docks that you can enjoy along with a convenient cleaning area to filet your catch! There is a new walkway alongside the Bay where you can enjoy the sunrise. Walk down the new pier where you can fish as well or catch a closer look at the dolphins and manatees swimming by! Directly across enjoy Madeira Beaches new ROC Park. Here can you take a break from the beach and play some tennis, basketball, baseball or simply have the kids play at the playground. (Free) We have tennis rackets, tennis balls and a basketball for your leisurely use in our unit.
Our charming 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse has been refreshed with a tranquil beach feel. All of our furniture is brand new!! Enjoy the patio with your coffee in the morning and a beautiful view of the sunset in the evening. Walk into your spacious living room and enjoy some quality time with the family. We offer a 55 in smart LCD HDTV with cable television ( you can use your NETFLIX, Hulu Amazon Prime if you would like), a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, and free WiFi.
The dining room seats 6 comfortably and has a small buffet table available for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. We have all your cookware and bake ware items included. We made sure that you have everything you would need including a blender, chopper, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and so much more! We have you covered from small or large meals, whatever works for you!
Both bedrooms are located upstairs. Relax in your enormous lofty master bedroom that has an elegant queen bed, a 50 in smart LCD HD TV, a walk-in closet and a queen air mattress and kids play yard, just in case you need it. All the nightstands and night lights are equipped with charging stations for your convenience. In the second bedroom you will find a plush queen bed with a twin pull out trundle. Easily sleeps 3.
There is a new washer and dryer located upstairs as well.
There are grocery stores, a variety of restaurants, bars, the beach all just a few footsteps away. Once you arrive no car is necessary.

Unforgettable Vacation

Wow, where to begin, what a great family vacation. The stay was beautiful and more than we could have expected. My wife and I took our 2 kids (2 & 3 yrs old), and her parents (the kids grandparents). The park across the street is absolutely beautiful and perfect. The kids loved it. Walking the Marina and park everyday and seeing the dolphins was great as well! Everything within walking distance, the beach down the road was great! The beds were very comfortable, toys in the unit were awesome for the kids, so many extra accommodations like the beach wagon and extra supplies for the house made everything a breeze. The communication with Tatjana was profound. We loved every second and will definitely be back! What a great location and great place... Thanks Tatjana!!

Beach vacation 2023

Great property. Had everything we needed and more!! The only slight problem we had was finding the correct lock box to get in. Once we did, all was great!! The beds were comfortable, had all the kitchen amenities we needed. Great beach wagon, chairs, towels, umbrellas etc. We love this location . We enjoyed the park across the street and could walk to so many things. Would definitely stay here again!!

Enjoyed our winter getaway

This clean 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo worked well for the three of us. We liked that the bedrooms were upstairs. We've stayed in many vrbo rentals and this had the most owner provided supplies (paper products, beach chairs and umbrellas, sunblock, games, books, tennis rackets/balls and many more things). The owner was helpful and checkin was easy. The beach is a short walk across the street. One thing that was very nice was the fact that there were restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, ice cream shop, bar and tap house, etc. all within walking distance. We like this general area and have been coming her for more than 10 years.

Absolutely stunning!!!

We loved everything about the area. It was so easy to access all the beaches and explore all the surrounding areas. John's Pass is a must. So many great restaurants and shopping options. We will definitely be back. We are in love with the area!!!
