Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy the entire property
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Bondi Beach is one of Australia's and the world's most famous beaches. It has a village atmosphere and very little high-rise development. The beach is roughly a kilometre long and is patrolled by lifesavers.
There are activities all year round at Bondi beach, from surfing competitions and kite flying to festivals and markets.
There are lots of coffee shops and places to eat along the beach and tucked away in the back streets.
The area is great for coastal walks. There are two scenic walks from Bondi Beach towards the south. These walks offer great views of the sea, you visit popular beaches such as Tamarama and Bronte, and you get to see a number of historic spots.
There are plenty of places along the way where you can stop to admire the views. During the summer these walks are packed with tourists from all over the world.

The bus stop is right outside the apartment.
We also recommend using an Opal Card. Opal makes getting around on public transport a lot easier and faster, with its tap on and tap off system. You can find an Opal card retailer by visiting their website.

Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Level 1 in the building has a washing machine and dryer for guests to use. They accept $2 coins.
Linen fee of 35AUD if you need to use the sofa bed.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
