The upstairs and the ground level are only accessed by an external staircase. So only suitable for older teenage children.

Newly renovated, with an expansive grassed area which is a rarity in Lorne this property offers everything you require for the perfect getaway. Large deck areas, great for entertaining with family and friends, fire pit and outdoor shower are all features of this property. Amazing sea views, steps from the beach Bay Lodge is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

5 star - location and views 4 star - cleanliness 2 star - accuracy of listing (not aware that the property was 2 separate levels with no internal stairs and only 1 key provided for 2 couples using 2 different entrances) caution for families with little children 1 star - heating in main room not working (very cold at this time of year) Overall 3.5 star
