Enjoy the serene beauty of a 1600 acre lake with 18 feet of water clarity with a Sandy bottom. Access Gull Lake via the pontoon for the ability to access 8 restaurants 19 resorts and 7 additional lakes with over 130 miles of shoreline and 13,000 acres of water!

Outside the home there is plenty to do. Four kayaks and paddleboard are available at no charge. Fire pit ready and waiting for you to roast s'mores and tell stories around. There are also several spots outside to lounge and take in the beautiful view.

Inside the home is well appointed. Plenty of places to sit down and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cutlery to prepare and serve food for all your guests. We hope you have nice weather during your stay, but we have you covered in the event of rain. There are games, puzzles, dvds, books, and a ping pong available to keep you entertained.

We are minutes away from quaint downtown Nisswa where you will find many boutiques and restaurants. Other nearby activities include: biking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, the Brainerd International Raceway, Nisswa Turtle Races, Paul Bunyan Land, and Safari North Zoo.



*Boat is a 2015 Misty Harbor Tritoon with 90hp motor and Garmin GPS fish finder. Boat Rental will come with 1 full tank of gas. Boat rental paid to the owner upon arrival for $1500/week. Preference will be given to guests who are booking the pontoon.
