Cheguei no local e não tinha o apartamento que eu havia escolhido disponível, me colocaram em outro que não estava limpo, depois me mudaram novamente. Geladeira com lodo, má higiene.

Anfitrião não faz check-in e entrega menos itens que o prometido

O apartamento realmente é localizado no centro, mas numa região perigosa de se transitar ao cair da noite, provavelmente próxima a alguma cracolândia; O anfitrião não fez check-in. Quando percebemos que faltavam duas xícaras (de 4) e solicitamos, informou que o hóspede anterior quebrou e que não tinha outras. Informei que estávamos em 4 pessoas, mesmo assim ele se recusou a nos levar. Faltou um lençol, ainda, e mais dois travesseiros; Atentar a fechar a janela do banheiro, pois a saída dela fica num fosso cheio de pernilongos. Ao chegar o cheiro de inseticida era insuportável. Depois vimos o porquê. Uma noite cheia de pernilongos no apartamento, vindos – descobrimos no dia seguinte pela quantidade de pernilongo no banheiro – desse fosso; Fica na rua Nilo Cairo, que é transitada pesadamente dia e noite por veículos. Sugestão é melhorar muito a acústica, com uma janela melhor em que não cheguem os barulhos da rua. Péssimo para dormir pela quantidade de barulho.; O estacionamento oferecido é de terceiros e NÃO funciona 24 horas. Tivemos problemas no motor do portão e não havia como resolver através do anfitrião. Diferentemente de outras plataformas de aluguel de imóveis, parece que não há exigência na qualidade do anfitrião, infelizmente.

Apartamento bem no centro, perto de tudo

Muito bom, garagem ao lado, baratinho, ótimo custo benefício, perto de farmácia, padaria, restaurante, igreja administrada pelo padre Reginaldo Manzoti, anfitriões me ajudaram e foram atenciosos.

Ótima estadia

Apartamento muito limpo, organizado e funcional. Bem localizado, próximo de tudo que é necessário. O Natalino muito atencioso, nos recebeu muito bem, de forma que realmente nos sentimos em casa. Recomendadíssimo.
