Absolutely wonderful location for this 3 BR/2 BA home with the perfect combination of cleanliness and comfort!  The close proximity to breweries, restaurants, adventure guides, walking paths, hiking, and more is what sets this gem from the rest. This bright and airy home is only a few minutes stroll to 2 different lakes. The hot springs and downtown area are just a short 5-10 minute drive.  Enjoy a beautiful view of the majestic San Juan Mountains out the front living room window!  There is plenty of room for up to 8 and highlights include a spacious, wooded backyard with an awesome free-standing deck to enjoy the summer shade, just like the locals do. This double lot allows for lots of space for the kids to play outside while the adults enjoy a nice beverage on the deck!  Have an RV? The inviting and spacious living/kitchen/dining open floor plan is a wonderful space to share time with your friends and family. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to dine in or just enjoy a light breakfast before heading out to explore all that Pagosa has to offer. Watch the fireplace glow as you rest those weary ski legs in front of the warmth on a snowy winter night.  The cozy bedrooms provide a warm and quiet place to get a great night's rest, so welcome after a long day of adventures.  All three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the main floor in this ranch style home, which is outfitted with brand new carpet.
The main living area has a nice flat screen TV with Roku for evening relaxation. Light and airy windows throughout provide the mountain and forest views you’ve been waiting for!
A good sized garage allows for plenty of dry storage for your stay, and plentiful yard space to enjoy summer afternoons. Your Pagosa Springs, Colorado experience awaits!

Family winter vacation
This was not our original booked place to stay. 4 days before our trip the owner cancelled our condo booking, but let me tell you we ended up with an even better place to stay here. The house was perfect for our family of 6 and it was well stocked with all necessary items needed. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property!
I can’t say enough good things about this property! My family comes to Pagosa every year and some year multiple times and have all agreed this has been out favorite place we’ve stayed! We cooked a couple of times and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Lots of extra clean towels and blankets! They even had fans in every room and laundry detergent(something I always forget). We also need lots of deer in the yard including 7 bucks all at once, one as big as a 6x7! Great location and a great host that checked on us a couple times which rarely happens! I can’t thank the property owner enough for a great experience!

1st trip to Colorado
We arrived on Monday afternoon and was so pleased with the house. It was exactly like to description online. We were pleasantly surprised that there were even spices in the cabinet. The proximity to all in town was great. We didn’t need to drive any amount of time for anything. The wildlife in and around our yard was awesome. I had never seen mule deer and to be able to photo them as close as we did was unreal. The views of the mountains were breathtaking. This house exceeded any of our expectations. Thank you for making this an experience we will remember for years.
