About this property

Modern sea view facing second floor apartment on a small well maintained complex built in 2005 by well known local developer.Close to local taverns and bars.Walking distance to Village where the local shop is well stocked.
The apartment is fully equipped and furnished to a very good level of comfort including bedding and towels .
The balcony gets the sun all days and has a nice canopy and sun blinds .Hosts live nearby so they are available .
Please note that we will be reading the electric meter at the start of your stay and the units used will be charged as extra and paid at the end the end of your stay at the rate of .35 cents per unit used.

Tremendous hosts.

Excellently positioned for Tala square with a short drive to Paphos Harbour or Coral bay. Property and grounds are immaculate with a beautifully maintained pool. We'll worth a stay. I will be returning in the near future. Highly recommended. 5*.
