This brand new king one bedroom condo is located on Federal Hill close to Down-town Providence ! it has a fully equipped kitchen with all premium stainless steel appliances with eat in kitchen the bedroom has a king size walk around bed with night stands with lamps and a 43’’ Roku smart APP tv plus a closet. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa for two adults with a 55’’ Roku smart APP tv plus a full custom tile bathroom with built in hairdryer and large well lite mirror

Please respect my home and live in it if it was your own ! Please turn off lights when not using also lower heat/AC when out and for no reason open windows or doors if the heat or ac is on if we see it you could be charged extra for wasting power

My Stay

Great location! Plenty of things do all within walking distance. The condo was the perfect size. Nice and comfortable. Parking can be a hassle at times, but nothing where it's putting you out of the way. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY! I'll be booking it again in the future. The host was really helpful and kept me updated the whole time.
