Recently refreshed with new living room and bedroom furniture, this adorable condo features a king bed in the bedroom, along with two air mattresses for accommodating extra guests. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, and additional amenities include a washer and dryer, as well as a balcony overlooking the pool. Residents enjoy access to three pools (Laurel Court, St. James Park, and Beach Club) at Kingston Plantation.

While guests do not have access to the Splash Water Park, spa, or fitness center (including tennis or pickleball courts), discounted one-day passes to Myrtle Waves Water Park are available for purchase from Saltwater Grande for May through August stays.

The condo was in a great location , short walk to beach. It was very clean and well equipped with all the necessities including beach towels. Would stay here again.

Clean and cozy

This place was perfect for my daughter and myself. It was very clean and cozy. The pictures are very accurate. The pool is next to the building and the beach is a short walk. Management group is great! Called about a deep scratch in the wall and they told me that it had been reported before we got there. Be prepared though. The bathroom and shower were a little smaller then expect, but that was okay since it was just 2 of us. Being on the 3rd floor all the central air units are on top of the condos, so when you are in the bedroom you can hear when they are running. Also, the walls are thinner than expected. Discovered that when we could hear the people next door having a conversation. All in all, I would stay there again.

The unit was great except for the heat pump that was located on the roof directly over our bedroom.

It was very safe and secure. A great resort -only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately the heat pump directly above our bedroom kept us awake with it's incessant humming/droning . Otherwise it was perfect for our vacation.
