In a nutshell, this apartment is right on the V8 track on Watt St with a birds eye view of the action, walk to everything Newcastle has to offer. Water views and secure car space within building.
For the V8 Supercars, there is 4 free V8 tickets that will accompany a booking over the event weekend! Extra bedding can be provided upon request and subject to booking, please enquire first.

It's a modern 1 bedroom apartment with all the appliances you need that sleeps an extra two people on the sofa bed lounge.
There is an amazing bed and ceiling fan in the bedroom to assist you with a cozy nights sleep and air conditioning for the warmer and cooler months.
Bathroom has a seperate shower and bath should you want to relax and unwind. Undercover balcony with views and bbq to enjoy a few drinks and take in the serenity.
Guest Access to the apartment is available via the lifts and easily accessible for people in wheelchairs throughout the property.

Location is AMAZING and central to everything!
Getting around the neighbourhood can be done on foot, bicycle hire form various locations and the inner city light rail, which is across the road from old train station.
There is a 5 minute walk to the foreshore, beaches, hunter street mall, restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars, salons, takeaway places and clothings shops. Literally everything in the heart of Newcastle at your doorstep!

A portacot, high chair and stroller is available for the convenience of those who have little ones too.

A designated secure car parking space is available with the apartment. For additional cars, there is free visitor parking with no guarantee and plenty of street parking.
PLEASE NOTE: any damage arising from residential vehicles or property within the building or carpark area, will be responsible for any rectification costs.

PLEASE NOTE: there are additional charges for more than 2 guests for 2 beds.
Should you require the two beds with 2 guests or more travelling, an additional charge for linen and use of the bed is payable.
Linen will not be left for you unless payed for and notifying at time of booking.

Guest interaction is available on mobile, email or through the Vrbo app, but you will have complete privacy without me hanging around. Key box check in as well.

All guests must provide and send through identification, before any booking is accepted. Late check outs will incur a fee of $50/15min blocks.
