Bring your group to the Sunshine Lane Cottage and experience a 5-bedroom, 4 full bath home Mexico Beach vacation rental that leaves the crowded beach towns behind! Mexico Beach takes you back to a time before hi-rise buildings dominated the coastline. It's all about piece and relaxation here! This newly renovated house is across the street from the famous white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a serene atmosphere with friends and family at the beach, at the group outdoor swing or grilling your favorite catch of the day.

January 1 to March 1,2024 discounts - 2 weeks-20%, 3 weeks-30%, 4 weeks or more-40%. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. The per pet fee is $75. Please do not book without prior approval for the pet. No more than two pets are considered. Youtube TV and Disney Plus are included. Under age 25 requires a $500 deposit collected after the booking. No house parties allowed.

Sunshine Cottage was just what the Dr.ordered

A perfect place to recover after having Covid.My daughter, ,son in law and my 17 year old grandson enjoyed staying at Sun Shine Cottage.We enjoyed every meal on the beach.Everyone was so friendly

One of our favorites

We hope to be owners in the future in Mexico Beach. It’s our most favorite place to enjoy the beach, relaxation, and small town vibes. This property was the perfect size for our large family allowing for a super short and easy walk to (when we went) the practically empty beach! Will book again, no doubt. Thank you for a great stay!
