Sit on the deck or relax in the Grand Room and enjoy views of Lake Dillon and the Arapaho Mountain Range. The Summit Stage bus stop is only 2.5 blocks away servicing the City of Silverthorne as well as Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckinridge, and Copper Mountain ski areas. Fantastic network of mountain bike and hiking trails including the famous Lilly Pad trail are also less than five-minute walk from the front door. Nearby Lake Dillon is encircled by a paved hike/bike path for a scenic relatively flat hike or bike ride. Shopping and dining are close by in Silverthorne and Dillon with Silverthorne boasting fantastic breakfasts at 'Mountain Lion Cafe' and lovely dining by the Blue River at 'Sauce on the Blue' to name a few.

Duplex equipped with a large two car garage. Ground floor entry through a large mud room with plenty of storage for boots, coats, and gear. The main floor features the Grand Room with floor to ceiling windows, fireplace, flat screen TV, dining area and a fully appointed kitchen. Laundry facilities feature washer/dryer, drying rack, and vacuum.

Master bedroom features king size bed with Wamsutta bedding, walk in closest, bathroom with shower and separate jacuzzi bathtub, and large television. An addition room on the main floor is a small gym and shelves with books and a supply of DVDs,

The second floor boasts two large on suite bedrooms with queen sized beds, as well as a loft area with desk and a single bed.

Great weekend getaway

Great stay!

Wonderful property in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views… This kitchen was one of the nicest in terms of being well-stocked. And it’s a nice one to have multiple cooks. Instructions are well done. Comfortable beds. Plenty of seating in main room for a larger group. Overall it was great.

Fun stay with the Moose

Our family had a very stay in this duplex in Silverthorne. On a quiet street above the town, we enjoyed a comfortable week long visit. With no A/C, we did have to open all the windows and get the fans going, cooling it down nicely. Beautiful home in the mountains, well cared for, and we had a lovely stay.

Breathtaking views!!

Joe, was a pleasure to work with very accommodating and helpful. The house was beautiful and very well stocked had everything you needed and more. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were big. Everyone had their own bath which was very convenient. The deck was really nice to sit out on and watch the sunrise and sunsets. We are already planning another trip back. Absolutely loved it. 10 out of 10 recommended.
