Located in old Torquay, this townhouse is ideal if you do not want to use your car whilst on holiday. Only a short walk to Surf World Plaza shopping, Taylor Park and Fisherman's Beach as well as all main shopping areas. The property comfortably sleeps 9 however at a stretch can sleep 11 guests. Outdoor areas with BBQ & setting for entertaining. Ocean glimpse from the balcony on top level. Several living areas for families sharing their holiday together with children. Garage area doubles as a games room with table tennis and foosball game and enough room for a car. There is also parking available out the front. WiFi. Sleeping 9-11 guests with:
Bed 1 = Queen & 1x Single Bed
Bed 2 = Queen bed
Bed 3 = Tri bunk bed (double with single) & 1 x single bed
2nd living area = 1x Sofa bed Available all year round for holiday rental or Corporate Short Term Lease.

Holiday Get away

This property was terrific had everything you need and was very close to the shops and the beach. Would recommend again. Place was very clean and well maintained
