Peacefulness

131 batch was beautifully presented with everything you need for a relaxed getaway... everything in its placed with labels easy to find and teens enjoyed the firepit as well... We all had a great time and will be there for a calm peaceful neighbourhood.

Fantastic house

We loved our stay and the house was so cozy and had everything you could ever need on family holiday. It was close to the beach and playground and despite bad weather and needing to stay in, we had a great time as the house had loads of games, dart board and a copy living room to relax.

We live on the Coromandel so are able to enjoy our bach regularly with just a short journey. We are hard working with five children now all at University and working. We often catch up with family and friends in Matarangi enjoying the great community, surroundings and everything that the area has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy family holidays in Matarangi and just love the area with its amazing beaches. After a few family holidays renting homes we fell for Matarangi completely, worked hard and eventually bought our bach. This has become our relaxing haven and happy place. We have recently renovated to gear the house up so that we can enjoy having our family and friends. The spaces now work more cohesively and the indoor-outdoor flow offer a big sunny deck upstairs and a cooler sheltered deck downstairs which is great when the weather is not so good. The house can be used by several families. The upstairs has the main area however with an extra bathroom and kitchenette downstairs it offers another another space to separate and use for the kids or another couple. The house is fully fenced with a good yard so it is very family and pet friendly.

What makes this property unique

We chose this property over others primarily because of the location to the beach and view out to the sea and outdoor living areas. We love the fact that we are just minutes to the beach, walks, café and shops.
